Tree climbing

We were sat in a restaurant when a guy pulled up on a scooter, climbed the top of a tree in about 3 seconds, cut off the fruit, jumped across to the next, and then climbed down again!
Apparently the fruit on these are bitter and the older locals like to chew them like chewing gum.
