Over development

While riding between Hoi An and Danang it struck me just how much development there was on the entire coastline. Pretty much the whole stretch of coast (over 20km) is either existing resorts or huge construction sites at various stages. Some sites are still active but there are a lot that seem to have now stopped.
Even before the current situation, there are so many of them I just can’t imagine where they’d ever have found the people to fill them.
