We were lucky enough to be asked to a family gathering by our lovely neighbours. Lots of lovely local food and amazing hospitality.

Despite all but 2 of them speaking any English at all we still managed to communicate (thanks Google Translate!) and were made to feel so welcome. We had invites to their friends homes, and for people we’d never met to show us around Hoi An. They genuinely couldn’t have been more friendly or welcoming. 🙌

They also like a beer or two so I left pretty merry, lol! 🍻😂
